    Abstract

    This study investigates a link from Human Resource Capability to Firm Performance with a mediator of Internal Process. Using the Human Capital Corporate Panel (HCCP) survey, Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method is implemented. The result indicates that Internal Firm Resources play mediating roles and affect the relationship between Human Resource Capability and Firm Performance.
